OptimizeMe LLC designs and sells digital products for marketing teams, including HubSpot CMS themes, custom modules, and SaaS applications. We also provide a contact form through which you may reach us for inquiries, support, or custom work.

Payments for our digital products are processed through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms and our Refund Policy.

  • All sales of digital products are final upon delivery
  • Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time
  • Refunds are only issued for defective products per our Refund Policy

5. License to Digital Products

When you purchase a digital product from OptimizeMe, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own personal or business purposes. You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any product without prior written permission
  • Remove proprietary notices or branding from source files
  • Use any product to build a competing marketplace offering

Your purchase grants you a license to use the product as described, but does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all digital products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including:

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to resolve any disputes exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless otherwise required by law.
