We store contact submissions in our secure database and sync them to our HubSpot CRM to manage communication with you.

b. CRM and Platform Data (GeoList)

If you use GeoList, you authorize us to access contact data from your connected CRM platform (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Shopify) through official platform APIs. This data may include:

  • Contact names, email addresses, and mailing addresses
  • Geographic data (city, state, ZIP code, coordinates)
  • Contact properties and tags relevant to segmentation

This data is processed in real-time to generate map visualizations and contact segments. We do not sell, share, or use your CRM data for any purpose other than providing the GeoList service to you.

c. Content Data (SERP & Turf)

If you use SERP & Turf, you may submit blog content, URLs, keywords, and other text for AI-powered optimization. This content is:

  • Processed through AI services to generate optimized content
  • Stored in your team's workflow history for your reference
  • Not used to train AI models or shared with other users

d. Payment Information

If you purchase a product or subscription, payment information is processed securely through Stripe. We never store full payment card details on our servers. Stripe's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

e. Usage Data

We may automatically collect limited technical information about how you interact with our website and applications, such as:

  • Pages visited and features used
  • Browser type and device
  • IP address and approximate location
  • Workflow history and usage patterns within our applications

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

4. Data Retention

We retain your information as long as it is needed to:

  • Maintain your account and provide the Service
  • Fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy
  • Comply with legal obligations

CRM data accessed through GeoList is processed in real-time and is not permanently stored on our servers beyond what is necessary to provide the service. Workflow history in SERP & Turf is retained as long as your account is active.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including:

  • SSL encryption for all web traffic
  • Secure password hashing (bcrypt) for user accounts
